ChemPacific (www.chempacific.com) is a contract research organization with facilities in Baltimore, MD (USA) and China (ChemPacific Zhapu). The Baltimore research laboratories of ChemPacific (inspected and certified by the US FDA in 2002 and 2005) discover and develop products along with performing small-scale cGMP manufacturing. Their plants in China supply high-quality intermediates, fine chemicals, custom chemicals and APIs. ChemPacific has agreed to complete this project for a combination of Company equity and certain marketing rights in and to ETI-0001 in China. As part of this relationship, ChemPacific has also agreed to prepare and maintain the drug master file (DMF) or equivalent data set for ETI-0001.
